Remembering loved ones at our Requiem Mass
Join us this Sunday as we remember those we love but see no longer in a sung Mass of Requiem.
You are warmly invited to remember loved ones who have died, whether recently or long ago, at our Mass of Requiem with commemoration of all the faithful departed.
This service holds a special place in the life of the Church. It is a time to remember with gratitude, to name before God those who shaped and shared our lives, and to entrust them again to his mercy and love. In praying for the departed, we also find healing for ourselves, as hope and remembrance are woven together in the light of Christ’s resurrection.
The Mass will be sung by professional singers from St Martin in the Fields, bringing beauty and depth to this time of prayer. It is one of the most moving services of the year, and a quiet reminder that love is stronger than death.
If you would like your departed loved ones to be remembered by name at the service, please click here to send us their names.
Please do share this invitation with friends or neighbours who may value the chance to remember someone they love.
† May they rest in peace and rise in glory. †
