Parish news: Michaelmas
On St Michael and All Angels we are reminded that the world is alive with God’s grandeur. Angels appear in strength, light, and song, and Michael stands as a herald of hope. Our worship here in Borough is never alone, but joined with the liturgy of heaven.

Holy Hour at St George the Martyr
Holy Hour at St George’s is one hour of prayer, silence, and music. A space of stillness in the heart of the city where anyone can come, rest, and be renewed

Parish Statement: The Cross of St George
St George the Martyr, Southwark, is among the earliest churches in England dedicated to St George, centuries before he was adopted as patron of the Order of the Garter and long before the cross was employed in later military, colonial, or political campaigns. At the heart of London, the cross has always been part of our story.

Join us this Sunday as we return together, bless school bags, and hear the good news that worth is measured only by love.
